41 Story Office Tower

Retail/Mixed-Use Podium

The forty-one-story Bading Development Finance Mansion was designed as a world-class financial center. Positioned on the Huang Pu River at the heart of Shanghai’s Pudong New Area riverfront Bund, the building will face the Puxi Bund and stand as a symbol for the strength and security of the new focal point that is the Lujiazui Financial Center.

The plan of the tower is an octagon, creating a tower that stands elegantly when viewed from any position around the city. The facade features vertical granite ribs extending up the central portion of each face giving the building a strong vertical expression as it rises skyward. Each face recesses slightly and rotates, spiraling toward the glass crown, which provides the upper floors with unequaled views of the Puxi Bund from this unique vantage point.
