This space boasts fourteen-foot-high ceilings and an abundance of perimeter windows that bathe the entire space in natural light. Exposing the underside of the concrete slab at the ceiling results in a textured relief that is very attractive when up-lit from below. Structural steel columns are coated in fireproof intumescent paint which allows them to become part of the skeleton that helps define the space with their strong vertical presence.
The rounded ducts that hug the exposed ceiling also add to the industrial feeling along with the various other painted services elements that populate the upper section of the space. Glass fronted private offices march along one side of the space allowing views to the outside throughout the space.
LED lighting in minimal pendant channels give the entire office an even level of light and compliment the other parts of the space to help unify the design.
