Industry City at Bush Terminal

Industry City at Bush Terminal is a collection of 17 warehouse buildings located in the Sunset Park area of Brooklyn on the waterfront. Sydness Architects is working with the owner on plans to renovate these 8 story buildings for tenants in technology, creative fields and retail use.

A glass entry canopy is added along the front of the building at grade to mark the new lobby entrance and provide protection along the storefronts of the retail at grade. New windows throughout the building are planned along with substantial infrastructure upgrades.

The proposed lobby design includes a buffed concrete floor and metal mesh panel walls and new lighting and elevator cabs.
