Office Interior Design
This boutique investment bank and corporate advisory firm has its New York headquarters office in a two floor penthouse in a mid-town office tower. Floor slabs were removed to open up the space creating a dramatic double height entry. Glass railings at the stair and second floor give the office space a clean and sleek feeling and contribute to the overall transparency.
Ceiling panels inserted in selected areas provide beneficial properties and partially conceal ducts and pipes in the generally open ceiling. A large flexible conference facility was also designed to provide optimum use of the space and acoustic separation as required.
The design vocabulary for the space combined with the openness and comforts provide a very attractive work environment.
